Big Mama Stout is brewed with 5 kinds of barley malt and one part rye malt in combination with Summit and Willamette hop flowers. It is 8.0% proof. This dark beer will improve in the first year of ageing by developing delicate chocolate aromas balanced by a moderate bitterness.
