AdDress: rue de la Croix – 1410 Waterloo

This Welshman, known as “the warrior in a jacket” because of his eccentric dress, led his units to the firing line armed with his umbrella and wearing a top hat. He was wounded at Quatre-Bras and died there at the head of his troops.
