This craft butcher has won a number of gold medals for the charcuterie products it creates with love and passion. All the meat on sale here comes from animals selected by the craft butcher and raised on farms in the region. Products available include various kinds of ham (raw, cooked, smoked and on the bone), pâté, brawn and calf's head, salami and ham sausage.
From Tuesday to Friday from 8:30am to 12:30 and 1:30 to 6pm
Saturdays from 8.30am to 6pm.
